NSM-3616 As an optical access for FTTH, an optical fiber distribution point (FDP) can implement connection and distribution of backbone cables and subscriber cables. It is used in splicing or mechanical splicing and distribution of fibers. These is an 16 ports subscriber optical FDP with compact design. The material for enclosure is SMC/FRP. It provides a protected access point between the distribution cable and drop cable. To simplify network installation and maintenance, FDP box provides an ideal flexible configuration. It supports 3 ports for Distribution Cable side

and micro-splitter could be built-in. The Pass-through cable ports also provide mid- span function with tap-out capability. The FDP comply with IP65 protection grade where it is useful in harsh environment where dust-proof and water-proof is a pre- requisite.

Waterproof FTTH Fiber Optic Terminal Box 

*The SMC/FRP material of FDB is waterproof design with IP-65 Protection level and flammability rating at UL94 V-0. 

* These SMC/FRP FDB is over 25 years Long Lifespan mechanism characteristic with minimum f2 rating when tested for UV test under UL 746C. 

* Support both aerial pole and wall mounted deployment accordance with IEC 61753-1 Table A.1 (Aerial environment) or equivalent. 

*The fully terminated Aerial and Wall-mounted Fiber Distribution Box designed based on at least IP55 of IEC 60529/ EN 60529 requirements. 

*The FDB cover is hinged type for easy removal and placement. It also labelled with the approved standard laser caution sign in accordance with IEC 60825-1 at the enclosure.

 * Integrated Three (3) ports for distribution cable side. The pass-through cable ports and mid-span function ports can fit the diameter range of 10.35mm to 13.05mm of cables for each port. 

*The Sixteen (16) ports subscriber drop cable ports can fit the nominal diameter size of 2mm x 3mm of Drop Cables and allow SC connectors to pass-through. 

*Eighteen (18) terminations of S C adapter tagged with an identification number

Easy to maintain and extend the capacity, require minimal parts assembly during installation or restoration works on site :

*The FDB is provided with fibre splice organizer tray for splicing the distribution fibre core to the splitter input and pass through core. Twenty-four (24) single type splice protection sleeve on the tray. 

* The fibre splice organizer tray can accommodate at least 1.5mtr Distribution cable in length for realignment and re-joining. 

*Minimum 30mm bending radius allowed for the fibre coil inside the fibre splice organizer tray. 

*Fibre slack from Distribution Cable and input splitter is in a separate coil in the same fibre splice organizer tray for installation and maintenance purpose. 

*The fibre splice organizer tray has a mechanism to fix the position of the loose tube or protection tube. 

*The FDB is equipped with strain relief bar at Distribution Cable port to grip the distribution cable's FRP 

* Clamping mechanism is provided in both distribution and drop cable port 

*Any new subscriber drop cable is able to be installed without the need to remove existing terminated cables or affecting existing Drop Cable patching. The 18 ports SC adapter panel is tagged with an identification number.
